How about a FAQ locked thread on some of the same questions you/we are seeing all of the time with trading cards? Maybe a short, bulleted list that gets updated when needed. A lot of the questions seem to focus on the PO Box difference between cards and comics, the delay at times from delivered to received, and the fact that CGC does not pick up submissions from the post office since the PO Boxes are on site.

Just thought I'd throw this out there to help out. I always have good interactions with CGC since I do quite a bit of comic grading. Recently started sending in cards as well so that's why I am in this section now. I'll add that this might help free up some of your mod's time considering the current backlog.
