Taxguytom
My apologies if I break any etiquette rules. I'm new here. I do post on a sports card board and a movie poster board though so not new to that aspect, just know toes can be stepped on easily. After noticing the insane rise in sports cards (Griffey Jr PSA 10 from $650 to $6,000 in one year) as well as the rise in movie poster values, I figured I would break out my 2-10 run of TMNT that I traded for 25 years ago and has disappointed me from a financial standpoint ever since. Lo and behold. No longer financially disappointing. Was just hoping I might be able to post images here and see if some of you might be able to help me discern approximate grades for them as I know nothing about grading pretty much anything let alone comics. I would really appreciate it. Is it ok if I take some pics later today and post them here?
Administrator Habby2324 Posted February 22, 2021 Administrator Share Posted February 22, 2021 Of course! We just ask that the images are shared in one post. Don't do a new post for every image, if that makes sense.
Galen130
These are comics, yes? Just want to clarify. Read the rules for this thread and you’ll get all the answers you need.
Taxguytom
Ok. I see in the guidelines that I should do one book per thread and no more than 3 in 24 hours. That makes sense so I don't drown out others. Is this a hard and fast rule or should I do 2-3 per thread and just do one thread per 24 hours? I will post a scan of the front and back of each comic and a photo of the inside page. Yes these are TMNT 2-10 comics. All first prints that I can tell. Some seem to be in amazing shape. #2 is signed by both Eastman and Laird.
Galen130
One book per thread, 3 per day. Front, back, spine, page color, staples, critical areas...etc. Or whatever you want to hi-light. Sorry, admin. We responded at the same time. Lol
