if it's just box art it's probably just white labeled ad agency.

It's the same image on the t-shirt.  I really like it and want to contact the artist.  As often as people scream on social media about artists not being credited on books and whatnot, I find this even more of a glaring omission.  At least when you look up a comic you can see who the artist is.  There's almost no way to find out who drew this because Funko claims no knowledge.

Having worked for an ad agency artwork usually is not credited to an individual, just done by the firm/agency. It most likely was done more for marketing than art that would be featured in a comic.
