Marvel Square Bound Grading Help -PGM FF A6

I’m new getting in to this and have hit these square bound books hard on my grading.  I’d like to check what I think based on this comic.  This comic has a 1/2” spine split at the top and 1/4” split at the bottom.

A clean/press can help here, especially with the stain and spine roll.  As for the splits in the glued spine....that’s a new one for me. I haven’t seen that myself, physically, so I’m hoping my fellow boardies can help out.  I don’t know if a press is a good idea or not with the glue...but at the same time, I’m guessing these splits are the same as stapled spine splits.  I’ll reserve an estimate until we get some expert enlightenment.  (worship)
