Signings- How does that work?

So does the signings notice just tell you where signings will occur, or can you send in your graded comic for signing for a fee and they send it back?

Also can you get a graded comic removed to be signed and then have it  placed back in a case?

That might be a really dumb question, but I could imagine a world where that’s the case even if it isn’t.

Here’s a current link to announcements. As for your second question, if you have an already graded comic cracked out for a signing, it will need to be regraded before being returned to you, even if it’s CGC themselves that crack the case.

If it's a blue label book, you can technically crack it out of the slab yourself if you're careful and know what you're doing.

If it's a yellow label book, you need to submit the entire slab to a CGC authorized witness who will then crack the slab and get it signed for you before submitting to CGC.
