Online Submission Form Not Loading 0

I just purchased a Premium account and am trying to make a online submission through the form but it will not even load and keeps giving me an error message? Any way to resolve this?

the form is timing out. I spoke with customer service who said they will let the IT department know whats going on.

Hi there - I'm having the same issue with this too. Tried both Google Chrome as well as Internet Explorer after restarting my computer.

Im having the same problem as we speak. Im just trying to submit a few cards and the screen keeps timing out with an error message. Ive just had enough of it! Literally taking me 3 hrs just to submit 5 cards. I guess ill finish this submission and never use this again. Thanks

It is even to the point where I can't even load my cart. It just says "Unable to fetch shopping cart for current user"

I have been getting both the "Unable to fetch shopping cart for current user" and "message" :null, "statusCode" :-1 messages all day today. I have tried several times.

still not fixed just upgraded my acc and it wont load or download the submission form so i can submit my cards for grading would be nice if this was handled sooner than later im sure im not the other one trying to grade a card

I emailed them twice about this now, in the past 48 hours. I just upgraded my membership and can’t even use it.
