PGM Department of Truth #1 1:50 Mirka Andolfo Variant 2 2

So I was looking through my pre-orders again of Department of Truth #1 and I wanted to grade my Andolfo variant.

So the rest of the book looks amazing save for these two problem areas.

Bottom left cover - Spine just above the corner:

Bottom right Back Cover - Spine just above the corner:

How significantly will this drop my grade below a 9.8? 

Scans of the rest of the book are here as well.  I'm just not sure how significant of a spine tick this is and how badly this corner will drop the grade.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

I also have 600 dpi scans of both the front and back covers but they're way too large to post here via link and I have to resize.
