Interesting provenance on these books.  They were found in a set of 25 raw Bronze Age books (many with MJI) here in Japan.  The TOD10 has the Mark Jewelers insert and Mennen insert as well as the "Yokota Exchange" stamp on the back cover.  So... this book was sold in the early 1970s at the Yokota Air base near Tokyo and likely spent the last 50 years here in Japan.
