Hello! Never been here before or collected - on purpose!

I made 4 scans: top/bottom of front & top/bottom of back, plus 1 interior photo to show a small fold which runs through 8 pages, from very light to as shown. This comic has been stored bagged and boarded in a non-smoking home.

I hope to find out if it’s worth the professional grading/boxing. Thank you in advance for any help!
