PGM Batman #313 2 2

Hello CGC forum! This is the first book I’ve considered grading so I'm still new to this haha. There’s two noticeable spine ticks that slightly break color, a minimal tear above the second staple, another bigger rip a little below that same staple, some marks near the left corner on the front, and I think the cover might be misaligned. I'm pretty sure the cover marks can be cleaned. From the defects I’ve noticed, I’m thinking it would be in 6.0-7.0 range. With and without a press, what grades do you think this book would come back as?

You know, I was wondering why someone would want to send this to GCG. Didn't know about Tim Fox. I remember having this book on my list of books to get due to the two face cover. at least 10 years ago I went on a rather easy quest to to get all main batman villain covers from the 70s to now. Which wasn't too hard, especially since there wasn't much of them (those damn cool Adams covers of 2 face and Joker were too expensive for me though). And this book was on my list. I thought I had picked it up. So I went to check it out yesterday to see what condition my book was and it turns out I NEVER GOT IT. I got 314, and a few before and after if they have cool villain covers, like 310. But for some reason I guess I had never found it back in the day and just forgot about it. 

Oh well.
