Crazy Grade ( I think) 2 2

I have a NEW GODS #1 that I turned in and looked EXTREMELY Clean hoping 9.6 but not surprised if it was a 9.8 was confirmed by a very well know grader (name withheld) book comes back and looks incredible but the grade is a 7.5??? Gone over it with a 25 magnification and can't find any color breaks and it's completely squared, What to do???

First I would check graders notes. 

Then focus on the areas they mentioned. 

Check invoice sometimes labels get swapped and if there was more than 1 copy submitted may be just a swap. 

You can also post scans of the book in the PGM section ( crop out label so it is unbiased) and see what other members here think. 

If all of these do not pan out and the general consensus is that it was a mistake then contact CGC and have it reviewed.  Mistakes happen.

Call CGC and discuss it with them.  Surely there were graders notes.  If not it could be a legitimate QA issue.  Definitely give them a call though.
