PGM ASM 19 1 1

Greetings all.

I just picked up this ASM 19 at a small local sale.

I would appreciate your professional opinions on the estimated grade.

Does anyone suspect trimming? That fuzz in the upper left corner looks suspicious to me and I found two white sheets inside the covers that led me to believe this book has been pressed. I hope it has not seen any restoration but I can't tell.

some tanning of the pages, The corners look pretty good really. So does the Spine. Insufficient detail on the cover being white essentially. Right now, I'm between 5.5 and 6.0.

 

Better pictures could change that.    Press it.

Likely that’s MicroChamber paper inserted between the cover and pages for conservation.

I would also say it's a 5.5-6.0

The two sheets are microchamber paper, as MPH stated, and may (or may not) hint that this book was previously graded by CGC.  

My mind always races to someone getting a purple label and cracking the book out, to sell it raw.  Your feeling about trimming may be correct, but I couldn't tell from the pics. 

Hopefully it's untouched and just an average grade book with no resto.
