One of my regulars brought this to me a few weeks ago. He's a big variant collector (especially Finch) but usually they're all signed (he also brought me a raw Ramos Spider-Man 4 but signed). Thankfully, this one wasn't and it was already slabbed. 

Five have sold this year (4 in the last month) for $800, $699, $650 (auction), $868, and $710 (auction on 5/2).
