They look great, but if the light hits them at the right angle, you can see very fine scratches here and there. They don't cause color breaks, you can't feel them, and you can't see them in a photo. I'm wondering, does CGC downgrade chrome and foil covers for this? They look like 9.8's otherwise. I can post photos, but you can't see the scratches in a pic, so probably won't help.
