Hey Jimbo sorry I missed your post!  I would say average condition is vg plus.   A few higher and a few lower.  Some have problems with the spine which you should be able to see in the pictures above. 
 

Here are close ups of the oldest one.  Plus one of the nicer ones.  And I added the worst two spines. Any other questions please let me know!
