This issue is similar to #3 posted earlier...the creases or 'wrinkling' on the back cover can be pressed out.

FC looks in very good shape,pages cream, some BC soils and those wrinkles....7.0 mostly from good FC.

Nice corners and edges on this one. Book could use a good cleaning and press. However, the way it sits I can't go any higher than 6.5. Sorry, not a lot of experience grading a book like this but I thought I'd stick my neck out to see what other people think. Could be way out on this because it doesn't have most of the defects associated with a 6.5..just bothered by the soiling and discoloration.

Tanning and foxing are the grade killers. The rest can clean up but they will drag the technical grade down. 

Post clean and press I am in the 7.0 +/- camp.

Love the technical stuff...thanks joey.  Comics like this may get cleaned, pressed, and graded for my PC...I'm just not in a hurry to submit until CGC cleans up their act.  If they do....
