Only real issues are as follows:

Small tear top left corner

Next to May 50 cents - 2 lines - 1 looks to be scratch. The inner one is from the staple inside pressing on the cover

Bottom  near spine has a crease that causes color loss

Back cover is clean except for indentations from staples inside
