I sent a question to the customer service about an ordeer about 10 days ago and havent received an aswer. Is it normal they take that long to answer a simple question?. Thanks.

Good morning,

Thanks for your message. No, that is not normal.  Due to a high volume of emails it can take up to 72 hours sometimes to hear back but it should definitely not be 10 days.  Please re-send the email or if you can provide your email address, I can go back and try to locate your original email.
