Can't load submission forms

Hi. I just paid $150 for an upgraded membership only to find that none of the submission forms load properly. Yes, I have tried with multiple browsers and have cleared cache. Sometimes I get a white screen, sometimes I get stuck on "loading" and other times, "can't load user's shopping cart". Please help. Thank you,

Good morning,

We have been having a server issue that is preventing the online form from working properly.  Our IT department is working on it now and we hope to have it up and running soon.  We do apologize for any inconvenience.
