I do not own this book, yet. Just want to get your take on it. Seller says 7.0, looks much lower than that but wondering what you think.

Well this sucks. Got a message from the seller (anthony's comic book art online) that while in storage, this plastic man book worsened in condition and got another chip. I highly doubt this can get a 7.0 now with a press and clean. Is this even allowed on a 6.0?
