On the flip side, I've been the seller when a few auctions have ended when my wife genuinely HAS been having heart surgery. The latest was last week when a buyer was bugging me on a missing package (which turned up while my wife was in hospital). I tried very politely to tell him to chill out while I sorted things out, but he obviously did not believe me, so I had to get quite vicious in my e-mail back to him.

 

Oh, and the comment about not being able to pick up a stamp while stuff like that is going on is absolute horsee. If you are seriously thinking about comics at a time like that, then you need your head examined.
