Sent the book to the Lakewood Ranch CGC facility on UPS 0

had you guys ever receive peoples books at the Lakewood Ranch facility cause i sent it from UPS it said it'll need to go to 5501 communication Parkway if i need chose UPS it was delivered on 9th of June still haven't have confirmation they receive I'm new to this i did print the packing slip but I did the way i did it cause UPS were out of book boxes Stock please respond if you guys receive it.
