PGM New Mutants 98 (low grade) 3 3

This may fall into a "don't bother" category but I'm mainly curious and want a crowd-sourced grade for my inventory. 

 

IDK what that is in the upper-left but it looks like the ink ran a little bit there.

Some pen or pencil in the G for some reason...

Some ink transfer inside.  What causes this?  Age?  Improper stoage?

6.5 tops…

Could be someone started tracing/pencilling on the comic while on the phone…could be soiling too.

Ink overspray does happen…it’s a production defect.  It doesn’t affect the grade…normally.

That is ink transfer inside…production defect.  Almost like the ink didn’t completely dry…something along those lines.  This is all my opine, of course.
