Again no idea if I'll do it still testing the waters  (Assuming the fingerprints will brush off easy they are mine)

So this isn't unlike your issue #1 but the fingerprints, while I call minor (no cheese whiz which would be moderate or greater defect) are numerous. I don't know if there's a formula for grading and subtracting points for such a defect. Maybe -0.2 for each. Again, likely cleanable.

I'll say around a 9.0.  If those fingerprints have been there for awhile, they may not clean up much.  If they are fairly recent, you've got a good chance.
