Hi, all! Would you mind taking a look at this comic book that I found in a $0.25 bin a few decades ago?

Hope this isn't too many photos, but this has a lot of minor imperfections and I wanted to make sure I cover them all for you.

The book is flat overall with nice gloss and tight, clean staples. There are a number of scratches, dings and indentations on front and back cover, including a double-scratch most of the way down on the BLFC. Paper is off-white with some discoloration at the top and centerfold spine. Corners have been bumped/worn. Ink rub on TRBC is barely noticeable in person but shines like the sun in photos and scans!

Thanks, all! I appreciate it. I learned to grade comics way back in the day (M/NM/FN/VG/G/P), but the CGC scale is relatively new to me and this feedback is super-helpful.
