Some spine tics, a few wrinkles and small stains on the bc, might be color rub on the front cover (?)

Minor spine stress with ticks, a couple of which barely break color; soft/blunted corners, bent/impacted corners at both ends of the spine; color rub along right edge of the front cover; moderate- soiling of the back cover.

6.5/7.0

A press & clean will, of course, help with some of these flaws.

7.0 rubs/stains ....get your mind out of the gutter ...structurally a 7.5?
