Airboy Comics Vol. 6 #1, very solid copy, unpressed, that is at least a FN+, even with the small corner chip.  Presents really well, and only 8 copies on the census, $225

Airboy Vol. 8 #1, a very nice copy (also unpressed) of a tough book.  Only 3 copies on the census, the highest being a 5.5.  This one should blow that away by at least 2 full grades after a press.  A 4.5 is the lone GPA sale at $195 in 2019.  $550.
