Submariner #51 defect? 0

I was shopping around for a nice looking Submariner #51 to buy and noticed that a lot of them have some kind of coloring flaw near the top staple. It's some kind of arc of black ink protruding inwards. I was wondering if this is something that CGC knows about and would count against grading. It's not on all of them, but it's not uncommon, either.
