PGM Strange Tales 110 3 3

Hi all  I was fortunate to pickup this copy of Strange Tales 110 and would appreciate opinions on the grade. Please note there is a white backing board behind the book.

Follow up question I'm having a hard time with.. Would getting the slight spine roll/fanning fixed actually improve the grade at this range?

I believe there's enough meat on the bone for a possible 5.0
