First Magazine Slab - Top Label Sticker on Outside? 0

I purchased my first magazine sized slab off of EBay (a Raphael #1). When I was inspecting the slab I immediately noticed that the top label was a sticker placed on the outside of the slab. (Picture attached). Is that standard for a magazine sized slab? Thank you!

Ok thanks for that info! Apparently this slab was graded in April 2021 according to the serial number. Does the same still apply to new slabs? Thanks again!

The magazine sized slabs are still the same as they ever were...
