Hi, Could you please look at submission #3840221? I am wondering if something is wrong with it being stuck in the system. It has been in "Grading, Encapsulation, Imagining" for awhile now. Is this normal? Thank you for your help. John Worley

Good morning,

Thank you for your message.  There is no set time frame for how long a book will remain in a certain status. It will vary depending on multiple factors including the tier you selected and how many invoices are ahead of yours in line.   Right now your invoice is in encapsulation and should be finishing up in the next couple of weeks.

Thank you!

Don’t worry I have a submission 3813159 that’s been stuck there also, apparently it’s a lot of people with stuck submissions. Considering my submission is 25k+ submissions ahead of yours, I think it might be a while.

was it value tier?, if so magazine and value seem to be backed up big time.

My submission (3837116) was received back in April. It remained in storage for a couple of weeks before it was opened and officially recorded as being received.  When it was first submitted the turnaround time posted was 85 days. Since that time the turnaround time has continually gone up to where it is today at 144 days.  An actual turnaround time was not listed on my submission when you officially received it, so hopefully you recognize why I am not sure if I will see my books returned this year.   You keep changing the turnaround dates.

Can you clarify when I might expect my submission to be completed based on the date you registered it and the turnaround times you post on your site?  As of today would I expect my submission to be completed

A) 144 days from the date it was submitted or

B) 85 days from the date of submission, or

C) some other time??

If it is based on the number of orders in front of me then I would I expect the answer would be B) 85 days, but it is not clear.  Please clarify.

As an aside, it would be helpful if you provide an expected completion time on the submission when it is registered and update that rather than posting some generic amount of time.  That would put some perspective to when books would be shipped back to their owners.

be nice if they could find my asm 101 that was a standard submission and it should have been in for pressing about 6 weeks ago but they cannot find it. 25 day wait on that one and as of tomorrow is at 65 days.

I was told they put a hold on all standard pressing now so this one is gonna have to be dusted off for sure.

I had one in that tier last week for 2 days and then it shipped , I have another that went into today so we'll see if that works out the same. my books have been received since 4/23.

Its now grade and shipped so it took 5 days for this one
