SPELLBOUND #5 in CGC 5.0 (q), Light Tan to OW. Classic Everett horror cover; black cover with super eye appeal. Qualified for a coupon cut from an ad page. This book has jumped in value; trashed low-grade copies seem to have a floor around the $300-400 range, and the last blue label 5.0 sold in 2020 for $1150.

EERIE #1 in CGC 1.0 Slightly Brittle. Fantastic GGA/creature cover! Label notes: 'Spine of cover completely split and reattached with tape; cover detached.' Super eye appeal for the grade. Tough first ish of this Avon horror title, harder to find than most in the run.

AUTHENTIC POLICE CASES #7 in CGC 5.0 OW/White. Beautiful Matt Baker cover, one of the standouts in the run. Electric colors and strong eye appeal with minimal flaws; I fully expected 5.5 or 6.0 on this one based on previous submissions. White/OW pages.

FIGHT COMICS #42. Beautiful wartime Fiction House, with interior stories by Lily Renée and Baker. The book's technical grade is 5.0 give or take; soft creases on both covers, and a couple pages have interior tears in the right margin. But stellar gloss, rich inks and **deep cover reds** give it a beautiful higher-grade appearance rarely found with Fiction House. Rounded spine with no splits; white/OW pages.

TRUE LIFE SECRETS #23 in 6.0. Classic 'and just what must I do?' innuendo cover. Flat tight copy with structure in the VF range; small stains along upper right corner edges, and a few fainter spots in page margins. The scuffs in and to the left of 'Life' are from production, typical for this issue.

CRIME MYSTERIES #1 in 2.0. First issue of this crazy series with a cool bondage/monster cover. Low-grade copy with wear as shown; pages have some rumpling in upper right corner. Cover *is* attached at both staples. Glossy and nice for the grade with white/OW pages. Not often for sale. (Will consider trade for other CM issues.)

  Shame about that back cover damage, but you're right about the colors.  I was advised to look for that in Fiction House, so here I am.
