Fighting War Stories 3

Well,  GPA has this  issue at  $113 in 3.0, and that's the only  listing.
This copy has small tears  and dogears  FC and  a big ol' tear,  about  three
inches,  LH edge  BC.  General wear too.
With all that being said,  this issue is  flat,  tight spine and CF,  bit of gloss left,  white pages.

Asking  $60. SOLD!

Going to  try something  before I head down to dinner.

My phone is dying a slow death,  and the camera in particular is  pretty glitchy, I'm going to try to upload  a few pix
for this item.  Wish me luck.

Thimble Theatre  Starring Popeye,  Number 2.  1932, late Platinum book,   listed in O'Street  as  "rare".
I've talked  to  my  Platinum guy,  he  agrees,  this  is  a tough book to find in any shape.
This  copy is  MUCH better  shape than  I usually find  Platinum  books, with some minor  general wear,  a loose
spot on the cloth binding  BC, and  both staples  pulled through  the cardboard FC,  see pix.
Platinum  guy assures  me this  is  a  common flaw among  this format,  I'm taking him at his word.
I'm going to include  a copy  of  Mutt and  Jeff  Book 18,  1938,  same format  but  plenty of wear, more like I usually find 'em.

Now to  see if  I  can get those pix  attached!

Asking  $450

Well!  THAT  was a struggle!  Phone went wonky between  pic 3 and 4,  had to shut it down  completely
to make it stop acting  crazy, lol

Back  at 8 PM or a bit after  with a  nice stack of regular  comics,  all of which played nice with my  scanner,  :D

My Romantic Adventures 76

So, see that tear  RH edge  into the "s" in Adventures?
A double tear goes through the whole book, goes  right to,  or just into,  the art on  all the pages.
Too bad,  the rest of it is quite nice.  Flat,  clean,  good gloss,  tight,  white pages.

Nice reader for $5  SOLD!

Supersnipe V2 #9

Book is complete at 48 interior pages,  but several  CF's are loose. Top edge of
two leaves  have good sized pieces missing.  On of them is the text story page,  a couple words are nipped
out of the top  of the text on either page,  the other has a good sized corner off,   gets into
the uppermost outer bit of art.  Page 1 nips part of the  story title,  page  2 has the top fourth of
the panel missing,  it's possible either a caption or  a small word balloon is gone.

Rough reader for $10
