Problems/Concerns - BACK ABOUT 40 YEARS AGO - HAD COMICS STORED ON END - NO BAGS - HAD A SMALL FLOOD - COMICS GOT WET ON BOTTOM EDGE - MOST BOOKS KINDA HAVE A WAVEY BOTTOM - THIS ONE HAS VERY LITTLE - MOST BOOKS HAVE STAINING.

OTHER THAN BOTTOM WAVEYNESS AND STAIN - A PRETTY GOOD BOOK???????????? - BUT STAINING GOING TO HURT?????

Yes, water damage hurts..a lot... 4.0.

I would like to see a pic of the inside front cover to confirm the staining/water damage as evidenced on the back cover. Combined it's covering nearly an entire cover. It presents really nice but stains are bad.

3.0. Maybe +0.5 because of it's presentability.
