PGM Captain Marvel Giant-Size Special 1 – Printing flaws 1 1

A clean copy of Captain Marvel Giant-Size Special #1, but with what look like printing flaws on the front and back covers.

Front cover is clearly magenta ink streaking/smudging.

On the back cover, it's black and yellow smudging.

I've seen both occurrences on other copies of the same comic in raw books, but can't find one graded. Wondering if these printing process issues would affect the grade and if so, how much.

It won't land a 9.8 IMO, but it shouldn't effect the grade much.
