With so little members of both Disney (18 total) and Marvel (approx 50) having voted / being unionizied ,what are the odds Disney pulls a Walmart* and closes shop and moves the jobs offsite / out of the country?

That is concerning.   The end credits for the typical MCU movie is literally 15minutes longer, as they plough through the long list of VFX studio's responsible for the pixelated minestrone soup we just watched.
