Please help me learn Avengers 81 4 4

OK, this is me looking for help.  Trying to figure out how the "browning" effects this book.  I dont own this but would like to use it as a learning tool.  Looking at it to fill a run, but I dont own it and under $10 seems ok.

All feedback VERY MUCH appreciated!  BTW, I have it at 5.5, but think I am not taking the color into account as much as I should.

Thanks all.  Lets say this was an 8-8.5 (5-6 spine ticks with good corners)and before taking the browning into things.  How much would it drop?  Would the off white pages an browning drop it to a 6.5?

And lets not forget, tanning that brown can also mean brittleness in which case you may only be looking at 2.0

What we can't tell from any photo is the smell: Just how acidy brittle has that paper gone where it's brown... (!)

Finally got this book in.  Pictures were consistent.  Cover is NOT brittle. Needs a press to remove the spine roll, but not worth it at this grade.... just happy to have it
