Another of my personal Top-30 Atlas war issues, thanks to an inspired Russ Heath cover.  Harry Anderson, Ross Andru, Mike Esposito, Joe Maneely, and Joe Sinnott story art.  Bright and tight, with 1" split at spine bottom, minor chipping along bottom edge, and shadows along left and bottom edges of back cover.
