New variants with printing defect 2 2

Should I risk sending a new xmen 1 variant by JSC when I believe most if not all have a tiny defect at the top for a J. Scott Campbell in house signing?

I assume you're looking for a high grade and believe the book to be so if the defect is ignored. CGC will determine if it's a common production flaw. They may or may not. Send it in I'd you want the signature. You'll be rolling the dice to get a 9.4, 9.6 or 9.8 otherwise.

Is there a way we can share print defects on books we find?

Eg if I have 6 of the same book with the same defect

Kind of like how ASM 361 has that known bottom cuts.
