Tough to tell exactly what's going on with the "waviness".  I agree this is a C & P all the way - I would think maybe even an 8.0 afterwards

Aside from the waviness to the covers and pages and some bends and crease from handling, this copy looks great. No major flaws and nothing looks to break color. 

7.5 - C&P to maybe 8.5.
