Hello, just got a couple of books off a friend who is getting rid of some stuff. Found this in one of his short boxes. Cool book but the sticker on the price box is an eye sore and there is a tape pull on the back.h

Interesting, I'm not sure how to treat that sticker on the front, will be interested to hear what others say.  I'd put this at a 4.0/4.5

Agreed.  Do NOT pull that sticker yourself (not that you would).  Let a pro do that (unless you're a pro).

Yes.

No apparent restoration attempts.

If you don't remove it (professionally), tape in cover label notation.
