The biggest concern will be fingerprints on the back cover.  With the pics provided, I don’t see any.  Spine binding looks good too.  I’ll go 9.8 based on pics…

Very high grade. 9.6/9.8 depending all on CGC and their perspective. Ain't no real difference between the two grades.
