Project "Fire Everyone" got off to a good start with last week's drubbing by the Rams, stumbled against Cincy, and got back on track against the Browns.  Let’s hope the good (bad) vibes continue for the Chicago Amateur Hour NFL Franchise against Detroit in week 4.

Necessities first:

Payment:  In addition to PayPal, I will also accept check / money order / Zelle, though the book will be held until clearance.  Payment generally due within 10 business days.  However, time payments are an option on purchases $750+.  PM me in advance to discuss though.

Shipping (domestic):  Book(s) will be shipped via insured USPS priority mail.  Domestic shipping is included in the listed price.

International Shipping - exact cost, minus the US shipping cost.  Please inquire first for an accurate quote.

Returns:  No returns on CGC books as you know what you're getting.

On the HoS?  Probation list?  Or I simply don't like you (aka on my ignore list)?  Don't bother.

Can provide board references if needed (no name dropping here), and over 1700 positive eBay feedback as well -- https://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=792mn.  And I've got a fledgling kudos thread started (link is in my profile page).

First :takeit:posted in the thread wins a book outright (so don't PM it to me, a thread take it wins out regardless of time stamp), well reasoned offers always considered.

We'll kick off with X-Men 66.  8.5 Sig Series (Roy Thomas) with off-white pages.  The original team takes on the Hulk, and this is also the last issue before the reprints started and we nearly lost a franchise icon.

MCS recently sold a 7.5 on eBay for $300, so let's say $425 $395 shipped.

But Nagy is a genius.  One day the league will catch up with him...

I'll give him credit where due -- no one, and I mean NO ONE, can figure out as many ways to throw a 3 yard out route as Matt Nagy can.

Returning to the X-Men...#63.  Magneto appearance (not Magento, to @BITCOINSWAMI's ever lasting disappointment), Sig Series 8.5 with ow/w pages, signed by Neal Adams.

A 5.5 signed by Neal went for $150 on eBay last month, so for this guy...$325 $295 shipped (shrug)

Here's a marketing idea:

Buy a book before the end of the game.  If the Bears win, buyer gets 50% OFF!

(Yeah, I realize that the odds of getting a discount are about the same as buying a winning lottery ticket.  But hopeful people buy those too...)

The way the Bungles are playing so far, it looks like I’d lose my shirt with that 50% off offer!
