Hi Ruth, a lot of the books you show here do not have much value unless they are a 9.8 which looks almost as if it never left the printing press.   As I am sure you can see, the majority of these books have defects here and there.  Even the smallest scratch or waviness or blunting on the cover can lower the grade.  At that point because the print runs on these books are so great, they only command value if they are in that extremely high 9.6-9.8 grade.

At that point it is not worth the price of slabbing them.  It's a cool find because it is always fun to find something 'cool' tucked away  by the previous owner when you buy a house but unfortunately there is nothing worth grading there amongst the books that you have shown us.

If you have x-men 4 and 5 of that series it is worth something or that x-men 1 but in mint condition is worth a few bucks not much but a little but in that condition not worth sending even for a press ,buying a better copy would be cheaper hope its usefull intel for you good luck ho and next time post in hey buddy can you spare a grade

Its halloween so maybe give those comics with candy to kids could be an answer .they are not worth much than a dollar or so each not those that you showed at least.

Seriously?  For folks who spend a lot of time posting jokes, they can't spot a good old fashioned teasing when they see it?  I actually thought it was pretty funny... the OP put a bit of effort into it.  The most common '90s drek, the name is "Ruth" but it's a man's hands in the photos, the handle is tRUTH Hurt, they were found in an old cabin in the woods (at Halloween no less!), they are a first time poster but know to refer to themselves as a noobie, and they know nothing about comics but know they should be graded and auctioned (in all of the years I've been in business, I have never had a collection brought in by non-comic collectors who found or inherited stuff who have ever even heard of professional comic grading).  And the Bic... as if in ready to torch the lot!  Anyway, kudos to the OP.  I found it rather clever.

Yes, we knew it was most likely parody and having fun with it. It was funny hence pointing out everything you said.

I’m not so sure, he must be retired off the strength of all those 9.2 Amazing Spider-Man 380s by now.  I doubt he has time for us little people anymore.
