PGM: Fantastic Four Annual #2 3 3

There is crayon coloring over Doctor Doom's armor. Five pin-ups, which have story pages on the other side, are missing. The only story pages affected are reprint material and not Doom's origin or his battle with Rama-Tut. Would this get the green Qualified label from CGC?

CGC should assign this book a Universal Grade of 0.5 PR (with a notation that it's INCOMPLETE).  Even if it was complete, this beater should grade no higher than 2.0 GD.  The book has far too many blemishes/defects to allow it to be awarded a Qualified Grade.  For the record, the type of pages missing (story, pin-up, ad, etc) may matter to a buyer, but they do not matter to CGC.  Missing leaves of any number and/or type = INCOMPLETE.
