Centerfold is well attached but on the bottom staple, the top tine is not through the page. Nice clean interior pages. That dark green area SxSW of the CCA stamp is a perfect match to the price sticker that was on one of the poly-bags/sleeves that once held this book. I did notice that, but the color is still unusually nice and bold for a book with a fade issue. I tend to think it wouldn't be docked for that, but who knows. I think you're correct, considering the book's other blemishes (most notably, the dozen-plus color-breaking spine tics and faint back cover halo). It's an extremely fresh/well-preserved specimen, but I don't think it's structurally perfect enough to reach the bottom end of the VF range.
