i'll take it on the thread trumps p.m.'s, but i'll listen to reasonable counters.  return will be accepted, just let me know w/in 3 days of delivery of book.  shipping $12 domestic, we'll have to figure out foreign.

difficult to grade and price.   it looks like a 4.5--5.0'ish by f.c. view.   but once upon a time rusty staples took off the cover and ruined paper all the way to the c.f.    resto on paper done to reinforce, and it is on staples today, all the way thru the c.f.    

a 4.0 sold last august for $1,500.     i guess this is about a $650 book, so that's the ask.   just extremely hard to find.
