Book looks NM- from front cover but back cover has several small water stains which hammer the grade. They are not visible from a scan. Also, I am 95% sure that this book has been pressed.

Fantastic Four #64 former (de-slabbed) CGC 8.5: $150

Label will be included with the book. Last GPA sale for a 8.5 of this issue was $200 a few days ago.

Book was not pressed. Impact ding on lower left corner that barely break colors is the main defect.
