ACTION COMICS #23 CGC 0.5 but presents VERY nicely!!

Hard to price for me but there is a 0.5 brittle remaindered copy on the bay for same price. Recent X-Men #1 and FF5 0.5s have been commanding the same so I figure since this is a GA Key it will be a nice place to start given this has such nice presentation even compared to those copies.
