Your title is wrong (Avengers 48 vs FF48). 

I would go with a 1.8 

I was tempted to go higher, but then I spotted what appears to be tape over the 48 and possibly near the Watchers leg. If that tape is repairing a partial spine split, coupled with the other FC and BC issues, I can't see it getting a 2.0.
